Orders are processed Mon-Fri from the UK. Orders placed before 2.30 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday will shipped same day.

Returns & Refunds

If unhappy with items, return within 14 days for full refund.
All returned item(s) must be in new & unused condition with original tags.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.
Refunds are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order.

Unfortunately due to limited stock we are unable to accept exchanges - orders should be returned and re-placed.
Once we receive your original items back in the warehouse, the usual returns process applies.
